We need custom 3D virtual walkthrough videos built from architectural floor plans for two home models in a pre-construction development (with strong potential for 3+ additional models as the project expands). These videos will be used to help pre-sell units before construction is complete, so the finished exterior and interior styling needs to closely follow the project's conceptual/marketing renderings. Each walkthrough must include: A custom-built 3D walkthrough, 75–90 seconds long, modeled directly from the provided architectural floor plan Exterior and interior finished to match the development's conceptual styling (artist's-concept quality — doesn't need to be 100% photoreal, but needs to look like a polished, sellable marketing asset) Full HD 1080p delivery minimum (4K a plus, may be requested on some projects) Two aspect ratio cuts per video: horizontal 16:9 (master) and vertical 9:16 (for Instagram/TikTok/Reels) Licensed background music with a branded intro/outro (we'll provide brand assets/logo) Delivered as MP4 files plus a shareable streaming link (Vimeo, YouTube unlisted, or similar) Willingness to do revisions until the client is fully satisfied with the final cut Turnaround expectations: First draft within 3-5 business days of receiving the floor plan and brief Both initial models fully delivered within approximately 1.5 weeks Ability to accommodate rush requests occasionally (with adjusted pricing) What we'll provide you: Architectural floor plans for each model Conceptual exterior/interior styling references from the builder's marketing package Brand assets (logo, colors) for intro/outro branding Direct communication with our team for revisions and feedback Ideal skills/experience: Strong portfolio in architectural visualization, real estate 3D walkthroughs, or pre-construction marketing videos Proficiency in tools like Lumion, Twinmotion, 3ds Max + Corona/V-Ray, Unreal Engine, or similar Experience turning 2D floor plans into accurate 3D models Comfortable with a fast turnaround and iterative revision process Bonus: experience with voiceover-narrated walkthroughs or multiple exterior color scheme variants
