Full listing support set up and ongoing support

I'm looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support my growing vacation rental management company. Responsibilities include: Managing guest communications with professionalism and quick response times Ongoing listing updates across booking platforms Creating new property listings and ensuring they are optimized for maximum visibility and conversions Guesty experience (required) Cloudbeds experience (preferred) Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks as our portfolio grows Maintaining accuracy and consistency across all listings and property information I already have a dedicated revenue management team, so pricing and rate optimization are not part of this role. The ideal candidate is proactive, has excellent written English, is experienced in the short-term rental industry, and can work independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. As the business continues to grow, there is significant opportunity for this role to expand into a long-term position.
