Full rewrite of a Visual Basic 6 application for the web

A Windows desktop application written in Visual Basic 6 and using a number of third-party controls needs to be rewritten for the web so it can be used in a browser without the need for a desktop application. The database design is complete, the desktop program is fully functional and is in use at one customer at the moment, as this is a new application. Full source code in Visual Basic 6 will be provided, as well as the database schema with sample data. Source code includes all algorithms and business logic so this doesn;t have to be rewritten from scratch. A working copy of the existing Windows desktop application will be provided with a sample database to compare behaviour between the existing desktop application and the new web-based version.
