Full-stack Shopify + Make.com + Gemini AI Automation Setup

Project Overview: I am looking for a full-stack automation expert/agency to build a completely turnkey, fully automated Print-on-Demand Shopify store connected to a custom AI generation and approval workflow. The store must launch live on my custom domain with a clean, functional base design (using a high-converting template). Required Tech Stack: Shopify, Make.com (Integromat), Gemini 1.5 Flash API, Printful (fulfillment), and invoicing app integration Open to alternatives). Key Tasks & Advanced Requirements: Store Design & Live Launch: Create a clean, professional base design using a modern Shopify theme. Configure everything until the store is 100% complete, fully tested, and live on my custom domain. Dynamic Product & Style Architecture: Setup a Shopify product page with image upload functionality and 3 style selection buttons. Crucial: The system must be built dynamically so I can easily expand the number of styles (from 3 to 6) and add new product types later without breaking the code. Automatic Multilingual Setup: The store must feature automatic multilingual capabilities covering English, German, French, Polish, Italian, and Spanish. Smart Cart Notification (High Shipping Cost Counter): When a user adds an item to the cart, a smart notification must trigger, informing them that they have automatically unlocked a discount on 3 specific dynamic cross-sell products (which they can choose from, up to all three). This must also be easily expandable in the backend. Make.com & Gemini Integration: Create a workflow triggered by a paid Shopify order. Connect Gemini API to generate an AI portrait based on the uploaded photo + the saved AI prompt attached to the selected style. Automated Customer Approval Loop: Set up an automated email system with a 3-try retry logic. If the customer rejects the generated image, the system offers them a re-try (using a different uploaded picture) or a refund. After three attempts, only a refund is offered. Payment & Fulfillment Automation: Upon customer approval, the approved high-res image must be automatically sent via API to Printful for fulfillment. The payment flow must be fully automated: the customer pays in the webshop (supporting Revolut/Stripe/Shopify Payments), and the system automatically handles the payout/ordering process towards Printful. Hungarian Invoicing Compliance: The automated invoicing setup must work seamlessly with Hungarian regulations (e.g., Számlázz.hu or Billingo integration with automated NAV reporting for EU sales via OSS). Handover, Training & Deliverables: Documentation: User Manual should be provided for the webshop. This must clearly state if there are any custom scripts, unique code injections, or custom apps used, and how to maintain them. Training: A 2x1-hour live training/handover session (via Zoom etc) split into two parts: Part 1: Technical workflow logic, API connections, and how to change/update prompt parts or add new styles. Part 2: E-commerce store management, uploading new products, and changing basic parts of the webshop, live test. Future Support: The contract should include an option for a 1-hour paid support window in the future for post-launch troubleshooting, and you must be available for future paid development phases.
