Full-stack developer to build M&A + Commercial real estate brokerage platform (NDA auto, CIMs, list

I run a commercial real estate and M&A advisory firm. I have a complete, branded front-end prototype already built (single-file HTML/CSS/JS that defines the full design, page structure, and admin layout). I need an experienced full-stack developer to turn it into a live, production application with a real backend, database, authentication, and third-party integrations. This is a multi-module platform similar to Deal Studio, Transworld Business Advisors, and Crexi — combined. It is NOT a simple website. Please only apply if you have built gated-content platforms with role-based access and e-signature automation before. Core build: 1. Public site — browse commercial real estate listings and confidential business-for-sale listings; request access; e-sign NDAs. 2. Admin console — manage listings, leads, deals, NDAs, CIMs, marketing automation, and listing syndication. Three flagship workflows (must be built exactly): 1. Listing-ID lookup → auto-populate → deal-specific NDA. Every listing has a unique ID. A buyer enters/clicks the ID, the matching listing’s blind teaser loads, and an NDA pre-bound to that specific listing and deal is sent for e-signature. On signature, only that listing’s confidential details + CIM unlock for that buyer, and the buyer is added to my CRM pipeline. 2. Blind teaser vs. confidential record. Public view shows industry, region, revenue range, asking price, a representative stock photo, and a blind description — no company name or address. Real name, location, financials, and CIM are gated behind the signed NDA. Field-level gating must be enforced server-side — confidential data must never reach the browser before signature. 3. CIM gating + hybrid generation. System auto-assembles a draft CIM from structured deal data using my branded template; I review/finalize; it’s stored gated and auto-released when the buyer signs the listing-specific NDA. Must also support direct PDF upload of a CIM, gated the same way. Target stack (open to your input): React/Next.js front end, Node backend, PostgreSQL via Supabase (auth + storage included), DocuSign or Dropbox Sign for NDAs, deployed to Vercel. Integrations (I procure the accounts/licenses — you integrate): DocuSign/Dropbox Sign, Bright MLS IDX, Crexi, PropStream, Twilio (SMS), SendGrid (email). Build each as a modular connector with an admin config screen for API keys, so the app runs on sample data until live credentials are added. Deliverables: Working app on staging then production; full source code in a GitHub repo I own; documentation for each integration; phased milestone delivery.
