Full stack developer

I run a telehealth clinic and we're rebuilding our web app. We have a working internal version today (Next.js, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel) so this is not a from-scratch startup idea — there's a live business behind it with real patients and revenue. Looking for someone to build the production version properly. Three deliverables: 1. Patient portal. Patients log in to see their treatment plan, order status and refills, message our care team, upload labs/files, and manage billing. Think of it like a clean pharmacy/health dashboard — the main things are messaging, refill flow, and payment management through Stripe. 2. Admin portal. This is what our internal team lives in all day. Patient list and detail pages, a review queue where physicians approve orders, a unified inbox for patient messages (email in/out), billing and subscription views, and some reporting. A rough version of this already exists so a lot of it is rebuild/polish rather than invent. 3. B2B partner portal. We sell into gyms, med spas and chiro offices. Partners need a simple login where they can refer/enroll clients, see status on the people they've sent us, and track their payouts. Smaller scope than the other two. This is health-related so you need to be comfortable with access controls and taking data privacy seriously (HIPAA-adjacent — we'll handle the compliance policy side, but the code can't be sloppy about it).
