Full technical drawings of a beauty Salon interior design

- Technical drawings of a modern interior design of a commercial project which is beauty salon for ladies (area about 195 sqm) + 1 main outside facade 7.1 m width * 6.6 m height - We will provide the 3D file (3Ds Max) + render photos of each space + Cad file of plan. - we need full accurate technical drawings. - we need the detailed drawing in CAD file then print it out to a PDF file (also we want the CAD source files with no additional fees). - you can work by either using CAD or Revit, but when you finish, we will need the drawings to be gathered in one CAD file. - Timeline 7-10 days to work on the project (you can submit before). - this job need to be started today. - for the drawings we need the following at least/ - sheets list with the sheets no. - electrical symbols schedule. general drawings (for the full salon plan) in scale 1:50, 1:75, or 1:100/ - Architectural plan showing the dimensions. - a furniture plan with dimensions. - a plan showing the wall finishing. - plan of the power sockets. - plan of the lighting distribution and the switches of it. - plan of A.C. Distribution. individual drawings (for each space of the salon) in scale 1:20 or 1:25 - Architectural plan showing the dimensions. - a furniture plan with dimensions (the ready-made and the built-in). - a plan showing the wall finishing. - plan of the power sockets (with all dimensions and height). - plan of the lighting distribution and the switches of it (with all dimensions and height). - 4 elevations or sections for each space, each one includes full dimension of all the furniture and design items + full material description + full paint codes (will provide some of them). - Full Detailing drawing of the joinery and built-in decors and items. - CCTV plans. - plans of A.C. Distribution. -plan, elevation and section showing all the details, materials, and measurements of the facade. - insertion of all the rendering photos according to each space. - 1 merged final PDF file after approving. - 1 merged CAD source file for all the drawings. - We need all measurements in metric system, you can use cm. - no AI generated drawings will be allowed while working on this project. - The milestones of payments will be the following: 100$ full drawing 25$ revisions (if needed, if all is approved will approve this milestone directly). 25$ final submission (PDF + CAD source files). This project will be closed once it's totally approved without any notes. - Please show your relevant work.
