SDR / Appointment Setter — Business Purpose Lending Full-Time | Remote | Latin America or South Africa About the Company Fast-growing private lending startup based in Southwest Florida. They work exclusively with real estate investors, builders, and developers — fix & flip, SFR, bridge loans. They close fast, handle deals most lenders can't, and are scaling nationally. This is not a commodity lender. Think Mercedes, not Kia. Role Overview First point of contact for inbound and outbound leads. You qualify borrowers, gather project details, and book appointments with the founding team. As the company scales, top performers grow with it. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound calls to real estate investors and developers - Qualify leads: property type, loan purpose, deal size, timeline - Manage leads inside Close CRM throughout the full pipeline - Set appointments or warm-transfer live calls to the lending team - Follow up on open deals to keep momentum - Check in twice daily: morning plan + end-of-day recap Preferred Qualifications - Background in real estate, mortgage, or private lending - Experience with US-based clients remotely - Multi-touch follow-up and lead farming experience
