Full-time Bookkeeper / Junior Finance Analyst for creator platform (paid trial to start)

We're a fast-growing marketplace for performance-based UGC and clipping, looking for a full-time bookkeeper who can also handle light reporting and analysis as we scale. What you'd do: - Categorize and reconcile all transactions across our bank and payment platforms - Own monthly bookkeeping and close - Build simple reports: P&L trends, cash-flow summaries, expense breakdowns - Track spend, flag anything unusual, keep records clean for tax time - Help tighten up our accounting system as we grow You: - 3+ years bookkeeping experience, comfortable owning the books solo - Strong with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and spreadsheets - Can turn numbers into clear, simple reports - Detail-oriented, responsive, fluent English - Bonus: startup or marketplace experience This is a full-time, ongoing, remote role, open to candidates anywhere with some overlap on US working hours. We'll start with a paid 1-2 week trial and convert to full-time if it's a good fit.
