About us We're a fast-growing premium fitness brand specializing in Pilates Reformers. We're launching our B2C arm across France and Germany, with high-performance ad campaigns running across Meta (Facebook + Instagram). We have a structured ad script bank built around 9 avatar personas. We need an editor to bring these scripts to life by sourcing footage online, using AI tools to generate video and voice when needed, and editing it all into high-converting ads. The role We're looking for an AI-Powered Video Editor to assemble and edit ad creatives for paid social. You won't be filming content yourself you'll be sourcing existing footage (stock, online clips, UGC-style content), generating AI video and voiceovers, and combining it all into sharp, high-performing ads. What you'll do - Source relevant footage online (stock libraries, UGC, competitor inspiration) - Generate AI video clips (Runway, Sora, Kling, Pika) when needed - Generate AI voiceovers in multiple languages (ElevenLabs, HeyGen) - Edit short-form video ads for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts - Create matching static ad visuals for Meta - Add text overlays, captions, hooks, transitions, sound design - Adapt creatives for each of our 9 avatar personas - Iterate based on performance data - Maintain brand visual identity: premium, sharp, direct What we're looking for - 3+ years of proven video editing experience for paid social - Strong portfolio of DTC ad creatives (fitness, wellness, beauty, or premium consumer brands) - Mastery of Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Pro - Fluent with AI video tools (Runway, Sora, Kling, Pika, etc.) - Fluent with AI voice tools (ElevenLabs, HeyGen, etc.) - Strong eye for sourcing footage online (knows where to look, what licenses to use) - Sharp sense of pacing, hooks, and visual storytelling for short-form - Strong marketing instincts: you understand what makes someone stop scrolling and buy - Smart, sharp, and able to push back with better ideas - English required (French or German is a strong plus) Nice to have - Experience in fitness, wellness, or premium DTC brands - Knowledge of French and/or German consumer markets - Motion design / animation skills - Native TikTok-style editing instincts
