Full time content creator ,editor , Social media manager

We’ve recently acquired a fast-growing brand with a strong organic presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, and we’re looking for a full-time UGC Content & Brand Manager to own and scale the brand’s content engine. This is not an influencer role. You will not need to show your face, when filming the content. The product is the content. What you’ll be doing: - Editing high-performing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) - Posting consistently across platforms - Understanding trends, hooks, retention, and virality - Growing organic reach, engagement, and brand authority - Managing the brand’s content end-to-end (edit → post → iterate) What we’re looking for: - Strong short-form video editing skills - Proven understanding of what makes content go viral - Experience growing or managing content-first brands or pages - Detail-oriented, consistent, and performance-driven - Based in Europe - Available full-time How to apply: Send a short video (3 – 5 minutes) explaining: - Your experience with content creation/editing - Brands or pages you’ve worked on (links if possible) - Why you’re a great fit for this role
