We're looking for a Part-Time Recruiter to support one of our Fortune 100 financial services clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sourcing exceptional talent, building relationships, and managing candidates through the early stages of the recruiting process in a collaborative, boutique agency environment. About the Role As a Part-Time Recruiter, you'll manage approximately 2–3 open contract requisitions at a time, primarily supporting marketing, product management, project/program management, and related business functions. You'll own the front end of the recruiting process—from identifying qualified talent to conducting initial candidate interviews—while partnering closely with our recruiting leadership throughout the hiring lifecycle. What You'll Do - Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies. - Review incoming applications and identify candidates who best align with client requirements. - Conduct phone and video screening interviews to assess experience, skills, communication style, and overall fit. - Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Present qualified candidates with clear, organized interview notes and recommendations. - Keep candidate records and recruiting activity up to date in our applicant tracking system. - Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful engagement. - Collaborate with the Swell team to refine sourcing strategies and continuously improve recruiting processes. What We're Looking For - 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably within an agency or staffing environment. - Experience recruiting for marketing, product management, project/program management, business operations, or similar professional roles. - Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools. - Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with a small team. Bonus Points For - Experience supporting Fortune 500 or Fortune 100 clients. - Experience recruiting contract or consulting talent. - Familiarity with Bullhorn.
