Summary

We are seeking an experienced fund accounting or fund operations professional to assist with the implementation of investor distributions for a series of private fund IPO realization transactions. The project includes preparing and reconciling investor distribution statements, partnership accounting workpapers, capital account reconciliations, coordinating distribution documentation, and supporting operational communications with investors regarding distribution statements, documentation and settlement. Experience with private equity, venture capital or partnership accounting is strongly preferred.
