Fundraising Advisor - Pre-Seed Round

SAVI is an API-first embedded finance infrastructure platform built natively for the Saudi market, currently raising a pre-seed round of SAR 1.1 million. We are looking for an experienced fundraising advisor or firm to actively co-manage the investor engagement process end-to-end alongside the Founder, not serve as an introducer only. The advisor will build a structured investor pipeline, secure meetings, and attend them alongside the Founder through to term sheet and close. Target investors include VCs, venture studios active in Riyadh, family offices, and institutional funds. The advisor will also support due diligence preparation, data room readiness, and term sheet negotiation as the round progresses. A full Scope of Work is attached.
