Funnel & Content Operations (B2B Consulting Brand)

We are a strategy, transformation, AI, and risk advisory firm serving founders, executives, and leadership teams. We are seeking a highly disciplined Funnel Builder & Content Operations Manager to build, manage, and maintain our digital growth infrastructure. This is not a social media manager role and not an influencer marketing role. This role is for someone who understands funnels, positioning, execution discipline, and brand governance. Scope of Work 1. Funnel Creation & Optimization • Build and maintain conversion-focused funnels (lead capture, diagnostic booking, briefings, resources) Implement landing pages, forms, calendars, and email/SMS sequences Optimize funnels for: • Clarity • Authority • Executive audiences (not hype-driven tactics) • Work with pre-defined messaging and frameworks Platforms may include (depending on final stack): • GoHighLevel / ClickFunnels / Webflow / WordPress • Calendly or equivalent • CRM integrations (Mailchimp, etc) 2. Social Media Presence (Managed, Not Influencer-Led) • Manage posting across selected platforms Repurpose approved content into: • Short-form video captions • Static posts • Carousels / quote graphics • Maintain consistent cadence, tone, and formatting • No trend-chasing, memes, or gimmicks 3. Website Blog & Thought Leadership Content Publish and manage blog posts based on: • Founder insights • Approved outlines • Firm frameworks Ensure: • Clean formatting • SEO fundamentals (no keyword stuffing) • Professional, executive-grade presentation • Coordinate visuals, headers, and internal linking 4. Marketing & Brand Materials Create and update: • One-pagers • PDF lead magnets • Visual assets for funnels and posts • Follow strict brand, tone, and positioning guidelines • Coordinate with designers or editors when needed What This Role Is NOT • An influencer growth role • A TikTok/Reels trend specialist • A copywriter reinventing messaging • A post whatever gets engagement role Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience building and managing funnels end-to-end • Strong operational understanding of: • Lead capture • Nurture flows • Booking systems • Experience managing B2B or consulting brands • Comfortable working from: • Approved scripts • Outlines • Governance frameworks • Strong attention to detail and execution discipline Working Style Expectations • You execute from direction — you don’t freelance the strategy • You document what you build • You respect brand authority and legal boundaries • You communicate clearly and professionally • You think in systems, not one-off posts Mandatory Application Requirements (Read Carefully) To be considered, your proposal must include: 1.
