Furniture Layouts for Apartments

We are looking for a detail-oriented Revit draftsperson to assist with furniture layout documentation. Scope of Work * A Revit file and project setup will be provided. * Modify existing furniture layouts based on mark-ups supplied in PDF format. * Create new furniture layouts from sketch mark-ups. * Apply our furniture families, labelling standards and documentation conventions (guidance and libraries provided). What We’re Looking For This is not a technically complex Revit role; however, it requires someone with excellent attention to detail and strong spatial awareness. Because the mark-up instructions are often hand-sketched and intentionally concise, you will need to: * Interpret mark-ups accurately. * Check that furniture layouts are practical and fit within the available space. * Verify clearances and spacing between furniture items. * Raise any concerns or queries if dimensions, circulation or furniture placement appear incorrect or impractical rather than simply drafting what is shown. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicates well, and is comfortable asking questions when something doesn’t seem right.
