AI Training & Knowledge Base Development Plan We are looking for an AI specialist who can build and continuously improve a custom AI system based on our knowledge and workflows. Phase 1 – Knowledge Collection * Analyze our existing documents, transcripts, prompts, and notes. * Organize all information into a structured knowledge base. * Remove duplicates and improve consistency. * Create documentation that AI agents can use. Phase 2 – AI Training * Train custom GPT agents using our materials. * Develop specialized agents for different tasks: * Content creation (Reels, posts, scripts) * Business consulting * Comment analysis * Research * Project management * Improve prompt engineering and agent instructions. Phase 3 – Workflow Automation * Connect AI with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other tools. * Build automated workflows. * Create systems for processing large amounts of text and data. * Optimize speed and quality of AI responses. Phase 4 – Continuous Improvement * Regularly update the knowledge base. * Improve agent performance. * Add new features and automation. * Test and optimize prompts. Required Skills * ChatGPT / OpenAI API * Custom GPT development * Prompt Engineering * AI Workflow Design * Python (preferred) * Google Workspace integration * Automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n) * Experience with AI agents and LLMs Nice to Have * LangChain * Vector databases * RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) * MCP (Model Context Protocol) * Experience building multi-agent systems Long-Term Goal We are building a complete AI ecosystem that will eventually include dozens of specialized AI agents working together under one management system.
