GA4 / GTM Analytics Expert Needed for Client Reporting Engine

Summary

We are looking for an experienced analytics and conversion tracking specialist to help prepare client accounts for a custom static monthly reporting system. This is not a basic GA4 setup job. We need someone who can follow a detailed checklist, audit tracking, fix issues, test conversions, and confirm that the data is trustworthy before reports are generated. What you’ll help with: Confirm GA4, Google Search Console, GTM/CMS, and Google Ads access when applicable Audit and test lead tracking for phone calls, form submissions, etc. Verify that GA4 events and key events are firing correctly Separate Google Business Profile traffic from regular Google Organic traffic using UTMs and source/medium/campaign rules Review Direct, Not Set, and Unclassified traffic instead of hiding it Confirm Google Ads conversion tracking when the client runs paid search Validate optional CallRail tracking only when enabled Validate optional chat tracking only when enabled and reliable Help confirm API readiness for GA4, GSC, Google Ads, CallRail, and chat sources when applicable Document issues clearly so our static report engine can display accurate tracking notes and QA statuses Ideal experience: Strong hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google Ads conversion tracking Comfortable troubleshooting attribution issues, missing UTMs, duplicate conversions, Direct/Not Set problems, and event parameter issues Experience with lead generation tracking for calls, forms, and chat Familiarity with CallRail is a plus Ability to follow a detailed SOP/checklist and document findings clearly Bonus if you understand API-based reporting workflows, JSON outputs, or static reporting systems Deliverable: For each client, we need a completed tracking and analytics QA review confirming what is working, what is missing, what needs to be fixed, and whether the client is ready for monthly reporting.
