Summary

Project overview We're a B2B SaaS company looking for an experienced GA4 and GTM specialist to help us properly configure our analytics and conversion tracking stack. We have an existing setup that needs auditing and several implementation tasks to complete. This is a focused, well-scoped engagement not an open-ended retainer. We know what we need; we're looking for someone who knows how to deliver it. Scope of work Analytics audit — Review our GA4 property, GTM container, and HubSpot tracking setup. Identify conflicts between hardcoded scripts and GTM-managed tags, flag orphaned tags and data quality issues, and deliver a prioritised recommendations report covering what should be managed via GTM versus HubSpot's native tracking. GTM implementation — Our marketing site is on Framer, our blog on HubSpot, and we also need analytics on our platform signup page. We need GTM properly installed and verified across all three, with existing hardcoded scripts migrated into a single container covering the GA4 base tag, Google Ads tags, and all tracking configurations below. HubSpot form fill tracking — Configure HubSpot form submissions as generate_lead conversion events in GA4 via GTM using the hsFormCallback listener. Events must be importable into Google Ads and verifiable in GA4 debug view and Google Ads conversion reporting. Consent Mode v2 implementation — Deploy Consent Mode v2 via GTM across HubSpot, Framer, and our SaaS app. Consent signals must initialise before any tags fire, with GTM configured to respect consent state across all relevant tags. CMP recommendation and setup — Recommend and implement a suitable Consent Management Platform that integrates across all three platforms, triggers correct GTM consent signals, and supports full Consent Mode v2 compliance. What we're looking for Proven, hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and Google Ads conversion tracking. Strong GTM expertise specifically: container architecture, tag sequencing, consent initialisation, trigger logic, and variable configuration. Solid HubSpot experience, including form tracking via hsFormCallback and integrations with GTM. Demonstrable Consent Mode v2 implementation experience, including correct GTM consent initialisation order.(Please include examples or case studies in your proposal). Experience working with SaaS web environments is a strong plus; familiarity with Framer is a bonus. Available to work within UK business hours and able to communicate responsively during that window. Clear, confident communicator. You should be as comfortable writing a plain-English recommendations doc as you are inside a GTM container. Deliverables Written GA4 and GTM audit report with prioritised recommendations. GTM container live on Framer, HubSpot and Hurree with all tracking scripts migrated and verified. Working generate_lead event tracking via GTM, confirmed in GA4 debug view and importable to Google Ads. Verified Consent Mode v2 implementation across all three platforms, with consent signals correctly initialising before tag execution. CMP live and configured, with documentation of what was implemented and why.
