GA4, Google Tag Manager & Google Ads Conversion Tracking for Medical Clinic Website We are a cardiology clinic based in Panama and are looking for an experienced GA4, GTM, and Google Ads specialist to help us implement accurate website conversion tracking. Project Objective Our goal is simple: We want to know how many visitors to our website successfully schedule an appointment. We currently have: WordPress website Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Tag Manager (GTM) Google Ads campaigns Appointment booking flow Appointment confirmation page after scheduling We believe traffic tracking is already in place, but we need a reliable way to measure completed appointment bookings and attribute them to the correct traffic source. Scope of Work Audit Review and assess: Google Analytics 4 Google Tag Manager Google Ads Existing conversion tracking Appointment booking process Appointment confirmation page Implementation Implement a reliable conversion tracking solution that allows us to accurately measure: Website visitors Appointments booked through the website Website conversion rate Appointment source attribution Possible methods may include: Appointment confirmation page tracking GA4 conversion events GTM event tracking Google Ads conversion tracking Validation Test conversion tracking Validate data accuracy Confirm conversions are properly recorded in GA4 and Google Ads Dashboard Requirements We are looking for a simple executive-level dashboard. The dashboard should be easy to understand and designed for business decision-making, not for marketing analysts. Management should be able to open the dashboard and immediately answer the following questions: How many people visited the website? How many appointments were booked? What is the website conversion rate? How many appointments came from Google Ads? How many appointments came from Organic Search? What is the cost per appointment? Dashboard Metrics Website Performance Total website visitors Visitor trend compared to previous period Appointment Performance Total appointments booked through the website Website conversion rate Traffic Sources Appointments from Google Ads Appointments from Organic Search Appointments from Direct Traffic Google Ads Performance Total advertising spend Appointments generated from Google Ads Cost per appointment Executive Summary Month-over-month comparison of: Visitors Appointments Conversion rate Cost per appointment Deliverables Audit report with findings and recommendations. Fully implemented appointment booking conversion tracking. Google Ads conversion tracking setup. Validation and testing documentation. Executive dashboard in Looker Studio. Documentation of the final configuration.
