About Us GoFleet and ZenduiT are North American fleet telematics companies operating across government, school districts, utilities, and commercial fleets. We sell and build on the Geotab platform, and our own product stack includes AI dashcams (ZenduCAM), routing software (ZenduWork), and a white-label platform for telematics resellers (ZenduONE). We're active in Canada, the US, UAE/GCC, and expanding into LATAM. We're not looking for traditional SEO. We already have that covered. This role is specifically about Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — making GoFleet and ZenduiT the cited answer when buyers ask AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude) about fleet management, dashcams, and telematics platforms. ______________________________________ What You'll Do This engagement starts as a fixed-fee diagnostic project (3–4 weeks). Ongoing work is conditional on diagnostic quality. Here's what the diagnostic requires: Deliverable 1 — AI Share-of-Voice Baseline Build and run a 100-prompt panel across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and at least one additional engine. Prompts must cover: - Product verticals (dashcams, routing, asset tracking, white-label platform) - Buyer segments (municipalities, school districts, waste fleets, telematics resellers) - Geographies (English North America, UAE/GCC, Spanish LATAM) - Output: a share-of-voice scorecard showing where we appear, where we don't, and what's cited instead. Deliverable 2 — Entity & Technical Audit Audit both domains (gofleet.com and zenduit.com) for: - Schema markup completeness - llms.txt presence and structure - AI crawler access configuration - Naming-canon consistency across platforms (G2, Capterra, LinkedIn, directories) Deliverable 3 — Citation Source Map Identify which third-party sites (review platforms, industry publications, directories, comparison pages) AI engines are actually pulling from when answering our target queries. Flag gaps and quick wins. Deliverable 4 — Ranked 90-Day Roadmap A prioritized action list tied to specific pages, content types, and tasks. Must reflect honest prioritization — including things we should not chase. Roadmap should be assignable to internal team members, not dependent entirely on your ongoing involvement. What Ongoing Work Looks Like (If Diagnostic Is Strong) After the diagnostic gate, we'll consider a retainer of approximately 15–25 hrs/month covering: - Monthly re-runs of the prompt panel to track share-of-voice movement - Content briefs for evidence-dense pages targeting priority verticals - Technical implementation guidance for entity and schema fixes - G2/Capterra review campaign strategy to strengthen citation signals The Verticals That Matter Most to Us In priority order: 1. AI dashcams for school bus and waste fleets (highest margin, Q3/Q4 priority) 2. Telematics reseller recruitment ("white label fleet platform," "Wialon alternative") — our highest-leverage revenue category and the most under-optimized lane in the industry 3. UAE/GCC and Spanish-language LATAM fleet queries — thin citation pools, high upside 4. Whale micro-verticals: airport ground support equipment, insurance-telematics We are not trying to rank for "best fleet management software." Samsara owns that. Proposals built around chasing generic head terms will not move forward. ______________________________________ Who We're Looking For Must-haves: - Direct experience running AI share-of-voice audits (not just traditional SEO rank tracking) - Familiarity with llms.txt, entity optimization, and how AI engines select citations - Ability to build a multi-language, multi-engine prompt panel — not just English queries - B2B or SaaS background; you understand buyer journeys that are complex and long-cycle - Can deliver structured, measurable outputs — not strategy decks Strong differentiators: - Experience in fleet, logistics, transportation, or industrial SaaS - Multilingual capability (Spanish and/or Arabic) - Familiarity with Semrush's AI visibility tools (we already have the subscription) - Prior work optimizing for reseller/partner recruitment queries, not just end-buyer queries You are not the right fit if: Your proposal focuses primarily on keyword rankings and organic traffic volume You can't describe a specific methodology for measuring AI share-of-voice before being hired Your first instinct is to start with head terms rather than vertical and intent segmentation Engagement Structure 1. Phase 1 (this posting): Fixed-fee diagnostic — all four deliverables required for payment release. Timeline: 3–4 weeks. 2. Phase 2 (conditional): Ongoing hourly retainer at 15–25 hrs/month, reviewed quarterly against prompt panel movement. Payment is tied to deliverables, not hours elapsed. Do not apply if you require a time-based structure for Phase 1. How to Apply In your proposal, include: 1. One example of a share-of-voice or AI visibility audit you've run for a previous client (anonymized is fine, but show the instrument and output format) 2. Your proposed methodology for building the 100-prompt panel — specifically, how you'd structure it across verticals, buyer types, and geographies for a company like ours 3.
