Marketing agency serving local service businesses needs help finalizing its automation stack for multi-client deployment. Current setup: - GoHighLevel is fully configured with sub-account structure - Meta ad campaigns running and connected to GHL workflows - Appointwise account active — one AI text agent partially built for booking intro calls with agency leads - GHL Native Voice AI Outbound is on the roadmap Scope of work: - Fix and finalize the existing Appointwise agent for agency leads Trigger currently isn't firing correctly (contacts not enrolling when tag is added) - Booking not consistently locking in when leads confirm times - Full end-to-end test with real form submission - Build a second Appointwise agent for client-facing Meta leads (speed-to-lead) - Text new leads within 60 seconds of form submission - Lightly qualify and keep leads warm - Set up GHL Native Voice AI Outbound agent for one pilot client - Calls leads within 60 seconds of form fill & Live-transfers to the client's phone - Falls back to SMS nurture if the lead doesn't answer - Build the full architecture as a duplicatable GHL snapshot Deployable across multiple client sub-accounts Requirements - Proven GoHighLevel expertise (please share 2-3 examples of similar builds) - Direct hands-on Appointwise experience (not general "AI chatbot experience") - GHL Native Voice AI Outbound experience is a strong plus - Ability to record Loom videos documenting the build for handoff - Available for 2-3 short check-in calls over the project 99% of replies are perfect AI-written responses to the job post.
