GHL Automations and Digital Adveritsing Manager

About Us We are a growing digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM automation, AI solutions, and lead generation. We currently manage approximately 15 active clients across multiple industries and are looking for a long-term team member who can become a key part of our operations. This is primarily a backend role. You will work directly with the agency owner and help ensure client accounts, automations, and projects are organized, optimized, and completed on time. We are looking for someone dependable, proactive, highly organized, and experienced with GoHighLevel. Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations & GoHighLevel Manager to oversee our GHL environments, AI implementations, Google Ads support, quality assurance, and internal project management. This role may start as part-time or full-time depending on experience and fit. We are looking for someone long-term who can grow with the company. Core Responsibilities GoHighLevel Management Build and manage workflows Create and optimize automations Configure pipelines and opportunities Build funnels, forms, surveys, calendars, and websites Troubleshoot technical issues Manage integrations and webhooks Maintain and organize client accounts AI & Automation Build and optimize Conversation AI Build and optimize Voice AI agents Create and improve prompts Test AI responses and performance Improve lead qualification processes Google Ads Support Monitor campaign performance Assist with campaign setup and optimization Verify conversion tracking is working properly Identify issues and opportunities for improvement Help maintain accurate reporting Quality Assurance Thoroughly test workflows before launch Verify automations are functioning correctly Review funnels, forms, and websites for errors Ensure client accounts remain organized Proactively identify and solve problems Project Management Coordinate with our SEO fulfillment team Track project progress and deadlines Follow up on deliverables when needed Help keep projects organized and on schedule Documentation Create SOPs Document processes and account setups Improve internal systems and organization Required Experience Must Have 3+ years of GoHighLevel experience Workflow automation experience Conversation AI experience Voice AI experience Google Ads experience Experience working in a marketing agency environment Strong troubleshooting skills Experience with Zapier and/or Make Excellent written and spoken English Strong organizational skills High attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and execute consistently Bonus Skills SEO project management experience Meta Ads experience WordPress experience API/Webhook experience White-label SaaS experience Who We're Looking For You are: Extremely reliable Detail-oriented Organized Proactive Collaborative Honest and accountable Comfortable taking ownership Looking for a long-term opportunity We value execution, communication, and consistency above everything else.
