GHL Developer — Conversation AI & Appointment Booking Build/Audit

We're a B2B performance marketing agency in the real estate space. We use GoHighLevel as our primary CRM and automation platform, and we need a skilled GHL developer to build and review our Conversation AI and appointment booking AI setup. What you'll be doing — Audit our existing GHL Conversation AI configuration across active sub-accounts — Identify gaps, logic issues, and anything that could cause missed leads or poor qualification — Review and improve the appointment booking AI (calendar triggers, confirmation flows, rescheduling logic) — Rebuild or tighten any workflows that aren't firing cleanly — Document what you've done so our internal team can maintain it going forward You're a fit if you have — Hands-on GHL Conversation AI experience (not just workflows — actual AI bot build/config) — Experience with GHL appointment booking automation end-to-end — Strong understanding of sub-account structure and how to scope changes cleanly — Clean documentation habits — we want a handoff, not a black box Scope This is a fixed-price project.
