# GHL Email Deliverability Expert Needed Urgent / ASAP We’re a 6-figure-per-month online education company looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) email deliverability specialist to set up and optimise our email infrastructure for maximum inbox placement. This is an urgent, high-priority project. We’re looking for someone who knows deliverability inside out not simply someone who can configure GHL workflows. ## The Goal Our #1 requirement is reliable inbox placement We need our emails configured and optimised so they have the strongest possible chance of reaching the primary inbox rather than spam or promotions. If emails consistently land in spam, we will not consider the engagement successful and will not move forward with future projects. We are happy to follow your recommendations on the best technical setup and deliverability strategy. What We Need You’ll be responsible for reviewing and optimising our GHL email setup, including: Domain and sending-domain configuration SPF, DKIM and DMARC Domain/sender reputation GHL email sending configuration Dedicated vs. shared sending infrastructure recommendations Inbox placement and deliverability testing Email authentication and DNS configuration Sender reputation optimisation Tracking-domain configuration where appropriate List hygiene and deliverability best practices Recommendations around email volume and sending patterns Warming strategy/tool if required Identifying anything currently configured that could negatively affect deliverability Emails We Need to Send The setup will support: 1. Bulk email broadcasts 2. Post-call-booking workflows 3. Webinar promotion and reminder campaigns We expect the volume and sending requirements to grow, so we want the infrastructure configured correctly from the beginning rather than patched later. Ideal Candidate You should have proven hands-on experience with email deliverability, particularly with: GoHighLevel DNS/email authentication SPF, DKIM and DMARC Google Workspace / Gmail deliverability Microsoft/Outlook deliverability Email warming Sender/domain reputation Bulk email sending Inbox placement testing Marketing automation Deliverability experience is much more important to us than simply being a GHL workflow builder. Important Please do not apply if your experience is primarily with building GHL automations but you don't have strong email deliverability knowledge. We want someone who can look at the entire setup and say: “Here is the best way to structure this, here is what I would change, and here is how we get the strongest possible inbox placement.” We are also **very open to advisory input**.
