GHL Funnel, Shopify Store, Social Media & AI Avatar Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and Automation Specialist to complete several partially developed projects and prepare them for launch. This is a hands-on implementation position. The selected freelancer will work with the business owner and administrative assistant to complete, test, document, and launch each system. Primary Responsibilities GoHighLevel Funnel Review and complete our existing GHL funnel Build or improve landing pages, sales pages, forms, checkout pages, and thank-you pages Create tags, workflows, triggers, and customer segmentation Build and format automated email marketing sequences Connect domains, payment systems, calendars, and other required integrations Test the entire customer journey from lead capture through purchase and follow-up Ensure pages are mobile-friendly Correct any broken links, workflow errors, or incomplete automations Shopify Store Set up and customize a Shopify store for a Christian digital book called the 5-3-1 Christian Book Follow a YouTube tutorial and additional directions provided by the owner Create the product listing, store pages, navigation, and branded layout Configure payments, checkout, digital-product delivery, customer emails, policies, and domain settings Ensure the store works correctly on desktop and mobile Complete a full test purchase before launch Social Media Assist with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Optimize business profiles and links Create and organize a content calendar Edit and repurpose videos for each platform Create captions, graphics, calls to action, and hashtags Schedule approved content Connect social media content to the appropriate funnel or product Track basic performance and recommend improvements AI Avatar Content Assist with setting up and developing an AI avatar for video content Create professional, branded AI-avatar videos using scripts provided or approved by the owner Format videos for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Recommend the appropriate AI-avatar platform and workflow Train the administrative assistant on the ongoing process Project Documentation and Handoff Provide consistent progress updates Maintain an organized project tracker Record walkthrough videos showing how each system works Create clear written SOPs for the administrative assistant Provide all login, integration, workflow, and platform information in an organized handoff Correct errors discovered during final testing Required Experience Demonstrated experience building GoHighLevel funnels and automations Shopify experience, including digital-product delivery Experience managing or producing content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Experience with AI-avatar video platforms Strong understanding of email marketing and customer journeys Ability to follow detailed video and written instructions Strong project-management, communication, and quality-control skills Ability to complete work independently and meet deadlines
