GHL (White Label) + No-Code Client OS Portal Architect (Softr/Bubble/Replit+ Automations)

We are building a premium AI-assisted Business Operating System for service businesses and are looking for a highly skilled No-Code Systems Architect / Automation Engineer to help implement the foundation of the platform. This is NOT a typical website project and we are NOT building custom SaaS from scratch. We are intentionally designing a lean, modular Business Orchestration Layer that connects best-in-class tools into one structured operating environment. The goal is to create a polished, scalable, AI-assisted Business Operating System that allows clients to launch and manage their businesses through a structured, repeatable operational infrastructure. This will serve clients for setup, systems, automations, and operational infrastructure, so the user experience and architecture must feel professional, organized, scalable, and operationally clear. CURRENT PLANNED STACK ● Fully Whitelabelled Agency level GoHighLevel (CRM + automations + pipelines) ● Airtable (database structure) ● Zapier and/or Make (automation layer) ● Potential operational tools such as Jobber / Housecall Pro depending on niche ● Portal layer under evaluation: ○ Softr ○ Bubble ○ Noloco ○ Replit IMPORTANT: We are evaluating Softr, Bubble, Noloco, and/or Replit for the client-facing portal layer and need an expert to recommend and implement the best option based on our architecture, user experience goals, AI integration requirements, and long-term scalability. WHITE-LABELED CLIENT INFRASTRUCTURE A major part of this project is building a scalable white-labeled business operating environment inside GoHighLevel. We will be using a white-labeled GHL agency setup where clients receive branded sub-accounts and preconfigured systems. We need someone experienced with: ● GHL agency architecture ● Snapshot creation and deployment ● Reusable templates and onboarding systems ● White-labeled client environments ● Prebuilt funnels, websites, workflows, forms, calendars, and automations ● Structuring scalable client account duplication processes The long-term vision is to create a repeatable Business Operating System where new client environments can be launched efficiently using standardized infrastructure and templates rather than rebuilding from scratch each time. AI TOOLING + PORTAL EXPERIENCE Part of the vision is creating a client-facing dashboard experience where users can access AI-assisted business tools and workflows from within the platform environment. Examples may include: ● AI-generated ad copy ● AI-assisted customer communication ● AI-powered SOP generation ● Offer and marketing generators ● Guided operational workflows ● Embedded or connected AI experiences using OpenAI and/or Claude APIs We are NOT trying to recreate ChatGPT or Claude from scratch. We ARE interested in building a structured “house for tools” experience where AI assists execution and operational workflows inside a clean business operating environment. The ideal candidate should understand the difference between: ● true custom software development ● no-code orchestration ● embedded tools ● API-driven workflows ● operational simplicity vs unnecessary complexity IMPORTANT We are NOT trying to build a massive all-in-one software platform. We are intentionally creating: ● A branded client portal/dashboard ● A business command center ● AI-assisted workflows ● Operational systems ● Workflow orchestration across multiple tools The focus is operational clarity, scalability, and user experience, NOT unnecessary complexity or premature software development. WHAT WE NEED HELP WITH PHASE 1: ● Advising on the best portal/platform architecture for this use case ● Designing and configuring a polished client-facing portal/dashboard ● Structuring Airtable databases ● Configuring GHL pipelines, snapshots, workflows, and automations ● Creating clean navigation between systems ● Setting up role-based client experiences ● Connecting workflows through Zapier/Make/webhooks where appropriate ● Advising on architecture decisions and avoiding unnecessary complexity ● Helping structure scalable onboarding and template deployment systems ● Advising on AI workflow integration opportunities inside the platform IDEAL CANDIDATE We are looking for someone who: ● Thinks like a systems architect, not just a task executor ● Understands operational workflows and user experience ● Has deep experience with: ○ GoHighLevel ○ Airtable ○ Zapier and/or Make ○ API integrations/webhooks ○ At least one of the following: ■ Softr ■ Bubble ■ Noloco ■ Replit ● Has built portals, internal operating systems, CRM ecosystems, AI-assisted workflows, or multi-tool business infrastructures ● Understands how to create scalable systems without overengineering ● Can simplify complexity instead of adding more of it THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT FIT FOR: ● Basic website designers ● Generic virtual assistants ● Pure frontend developers without systems thinking ● People who only know one tool in isolation ● Developers trying to turn everything into custom software We strongly prefer candidates who understand how to balance: ● automation vs simplicity ● scalability vs overengineering ● polished UX vs unnecessary complexity We are intentionally building lean, modular, and operationally efficient systems first, rather than attempting to build custom software prematurely.
