Our core automation & campaigns systems are mostly/ already built, but we need an expert to oversee, recommend, build, fine-tune, test, deploy, and ensure the flawless function of our automated client intake pipeline. This project is a quick win designed to eliminate human interaction with unqualified leads, ensuring our legal team only engages with valuable, pre-vetted cases. For example, our leads come from paid ads on FB & IG. First, a questionnaire for those with credit report errors. Secondly, will provide us with their credit reports (automated follow reminders via text + email. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Go High Level, a passion for AI-driven efficiency, and an obsessive commitment to testing and consistency. Project Focus: Deploying and Perfecting the Automated Sales Funnel You will be focused on fine-tuning and perfecting the end-to-end automation of our lead generation and qualification process using our existing software ecosystem (**Go High Level Core Responsibilities (Fine-Tuning & Deployment) Workflow Deployment & Testing: Rigorously test and deploy the full automated lead flow, from initial social media interactions (via ads) through document collection. Questionnaire and Scoring System: Fine-tune and test the automated two-part client questionnaire and scoring mechanism within GHL to ensure leads are accurately qualified or disqualified. This includes ensuring the system correctly creates client accounts, applies the scoring logic (e.g., placing clients into "buckets" from 1 to 10 points) to determine case viability, and prepares leads for manual review. AI Voice Agent Finalization: Deploy, effectively prompt, and test the AI voice agent technology available within Go High Level/Click. The goal is to ensure the agents consistently and reliably answer the phone and client questions, handling language barriers and after-hours calls. Automated Communication Optimization: Ensure the standardized introductory voice messages, SMS, and email automations are perfectly timed and sequenced to: * Direct leads to the required scheduling link or next step. * Remind leads to submit necessary documents (usually two) and maintain engagement until documents are collected. Required Skills and Experience Platform Mastery: You must have deep, demonstrable expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) because it can do it all. Automation: Proven track record of deploying and testing workflow automations within a legal. We got you here.
