GHL - some experience required - part time

GOHIGHLEVEL experience needed. this is an administrative duty with CRM management. Need part time work - HOURS are as follows; Monday, tuesday, thursday, friday 5:30pm - 8:30pm EST wednesday 8am - 11am EST saturday - OFF sunday - 12pm - 3pm EST some background info: I own a physical store - a medspa. right now the front desk girl is getting very busy handling clients in the spa. she used to do both CRM management and clients. but now that we are very busy she has no time to do CRM. At first you will only be working when the spa is CLOSED - that's why the hours are what they are. DUTIES ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1. update stages, pipelines on GHL, based on information from our scheduling app which is MINDBODY 2. copy&paste client phone numbers and emails from one system (mindbody) to CRM (a whitelabeled GoHighLevel) 3. tag clients based on certain attributes (what service they received, etc..) 4. schedule messages to go out for new clients 5. confirm appointments for tomorrow 6. book appointments 7. ask for reviews All training will be provided. but i need someone who is: 1. experienced with GHL, at least moderately. 2. CRM / client management 3. ATTENTION TO DETAILS. i provide all training materials. there should be no errors. just follow my directions. it's amazing to me how many people can't follow directions.
