Municipal Signals: Localized code enforcement registries and structural violation data. Target Vector Identification: Cross-reference these data layers to isolate micro-neighborhoods or zip codes with the highest statistical propensity for mechanical, structural, or efficiency upgrades. Executive Presentation: Translate complex data arrays into highly professional, clean, and visually compelling client reports that clearly highlight areas of opportunity. Agile Delivery: Maintain a crisp, reliable turnaround time for reports as new client accounts are initiated. Candidate Requirements Deep expertise in geospatial analysis, data warehousing, or statistical modeling using open US data systems (Census, NOAA, USGS, and local municipal registries).
