GIS Map Animation & 3D Terrain Flyover

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to create a GIS map animation and 3D terrain flyover for a water infrastructure project. The project involves animating a 2D map to show water flow and creating a 3D terrain flyover to visualize the water infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in GIS mapping and animation, with a strong understanding of spatial data visualization. The finished video will be used on a public-facing website and in stakeholder presentations. We have an existing reference video (approximately 2.5 minutes) that establishes the visual style, narrative structure, and level of geographic detail we are targeting. The new video will follow the same format but with updated content, branding, and project-specific data. We need an animated map sequence for a 2 to 3 minute public information video about a proposed water storage reservoir. This is an update to an existing video, so the narration and script are final and approved. We are replacing the map animation only.
