[GOOGLE ADS] Independent Audit & Growth Action Plan for Fashion E-commerce Brand

We are a fashion and accessories brand looking for an experienced specialist to carry out an independent audit of our current setup and provide a clear, practical action plan for improvement. This is a one-time project. We manage the day-to-day activity internally and are not looking for ongoing account management or agency support. The goal is to have an external expert review our current strategy, setup and processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and provide clear recommendations on what we should improve and prioritise. Experience working with fashion, accessories, jewellery, or e-commerce brands is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who can: * Conduct an independent and objective audit * Identify key issues, inefficiencies and missed opportunities * Highlight quick wins and longer-term improvements * Provide a clear, prioritised action plan * Explain recommendations in a practical way that our internal team can implement Please share relevant examples of similar audit projects you have completed, ideally within the fashion or e-commerce industry, and briefly explain your approach. This is not an ongoing management role. We are specifically looking for a one-time audit and strategic improvement plan.
