GTM AI (Clay,Instantly, n8n, Apify, Heyreach, Lemlist, HubSpot, LLM Wiki)

We’re looking for someone with strong **GTM, RevOps, cold outreach, and AI agents experience** to help build AI-driven systems for real revenue teams. This is not a research or prompt-writing role. We need someone who has built systems that Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success teams actually use. You’ll work closely with GTM and AI leadership to identify bottlenecks and turn them into practical, reliable workflows that teams trust and adopt. **What we’re looking for** You have experience: → Building AI automations for GTM teams → Building AI agents that support GTM workflows → Designing reliable agentic workflows with clear inputs, outputs, handoffs, and guardrails → Working inside RevOps and revenue systems → Setting up cold outreach infrastructure and workflows → Using tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Smartlead, Instantly, Outreach, Salesloft, etc. → Turning manual GTM workflows into scalable processes → Improving how sales, marketing, and customer success teams operate You understand how revenue teams actually work, especially how to improve speed, consistency, personalization, and pipeline quality through automation and AI agents. **How we’ll evaluate you** Please share examples of: → AI agents or automations you’ve built → Cold outreach systems or Clay workflows you’ve set up → The business problem they solved → How they were adopted by the team → The impact they had on pipeline, conversion, efficiency, or team execution B2B SaaS, RevOps, cold outbound, and AI agents experience are required. **Engagement details** → Project-based to start, with potential for longer-term work → Clear success metrics → Execution-focused environment If you’ve built AI agents, automations, and outbound workflows for real revenue teams, and know how to make them stick, we’d love to talk.
