GTM Engineer (HubSpot/Attio, Clay/Deepline, AI-fluent) - Full Time We are a GTM & RevOps agency: architecting & building systems for mid-market B2B revenue teams. We work primarily in HubSpot & Clay, and increasingly in Attio & Deepline. We work from the terminal & build custom CLIs, scripts, and schemas to ship work fast. Our delivery is fast and senior. We’re hiring a GTM/RevOps Engineer to take ownership of client execution & delivery across our accounts. You’ll be on client calls, absorb the problems, and build solutions. To spec at first, then increasingly shaping the architecture yourself as more of a solutions architect as you grow. This is a long-term, full-time role with a path to running client engagements. You are a driven, curious individual who seeks to deeply understand the business problem underneath the request and engineer a system that solves it. Things you’ll do: - Build and untangle CRMs: Complex workflows, associations, custom objects, integrations, reporting - Build targeted enrichment / signal / prospecting systems and wire them into CRMs - Learn new systems fast with API docs & AI tooling - Create clear client-facing documentation & Loom walkthroughs - Handle requests in Slack and adjust to shifting requests & priorities - Join client calls with a solutions architect, ask sharp questions, and help shape what you hear into scoped work - Take initiative: Push architecture forward, identify optimization opportunities, create internal tools This is NOT: - A pure email-campaign / SDR outbound GTME role. Clay & outbound systems is part of it, but not the whole identity. - A CRM admin seat waiting for tickets or step-by-step instructions. You are a fit if you: - Have Salesforce, HubSpot, or Attio depth at the architecture level - Are strong in Clay or a competitor: tables, waterfalls, API enrichment, research prompting, web scraping - AI fluent: You build with AI tooling daily (automating browsers, custom CLIs, scripting, skills, agents, etc) - Have some business acumen beyond the tooling layer - Are a self-starter who takes ownership and ships without hand-holding - Substantial overlap with US hours (We are on PST) Logistics: - Full-time: ~40 hours / week - Solo only, no agencies or subcontracting To apply: Send a short Loom walking me through a Clay or HubSpot (alt CRM is fine) system you’ve built, what you put together, and what was running at the end.
