Summary

We're looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer to support RevOps work across a variety of B2B SaaS clients. This is a long-term opportunity for someone interested in becoming a core member of our team. We expect the role to start in the 20–40 hour/week range and grow over time as additional responsibilities and client ownership are transferred internally. What You'll Work On Build and optimize workflows in Salesforce and HubSpot Create and manage custom fields, objects, and lifecycle stages Implement lead scoring, lead routing, and automation logic Troubleshoot Salesforce ↔ HubSpot sync issues and data inconsistencies Clean, structure, and migrate CRM data Integrate tools such as Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, and Chili Piper Build API-based integrations and automation workflows Support multiple client environments and RevOps initiatives What We're Looking For Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot Experience building workflows, automations, and integrations Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and CRM data management Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Comfortable learning new tools and technologies Experience with SaaS, RevOps, or agency environments is a plus Familiarity with AI-assisted tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Gemini is a plus This opportunity is open to independent freelancers/individual contributors only.
