Vibe Coder for AI-Powered GTM Systems Job Description We are looking for a Vibe Coder to help us build and run AI-powered go-to-market systems for clients. This is not a normal developer role. It is not a normal marketing role either. We need someone who can move fast across websites, landing pages, cold email, content workflows, Claude, Claude Code, Codex, Vercel, MCP connectors, AI skills, and lightweight automation. The job is to take messy business ideas and turn them into shipped work. We build GTM Operating Systems for clients — systems that help run their website, marketing, content, outbound, internal workflows, and AI operations in one repeatable process. What You’ll Be Doing You will help us with tasks like: Building and updating websites and landing pages Deploying projects on Vercel Using Claude, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and other AI tools to build quickly Helping run cold email campaigns and outbound systems Supporting blog, newsletter, and content workflows Turning meeting notes, strategy, and rough ideas into structured execution Creating and improving AI agent instructions, prompts, and skills Running and testing AI skills for repeatable workflows Working with MCP connectors and tool integrations Connecting tools through APIs, automation platforms, or no-code tools Organizing client GTM systems in Notion or similar workspaces Documenting repeatable processes so the system improves over time Debugging issues, testing workflows, and keeping projects moving You do not need to be an expert in every tool on day one. But you do need to be technical, curious, fast, and willing to figure things out. Tools We Use / Expect You To Learn Experience with any of these is helpful: Claude Claude Code ChatGPT / Codex Cursor Vercel GitHub Notion Make / Zapier Cold email tools Website builders Basic APIs MCP connectors JavaScript / TypeScript HTML / CSS AI agents AI skills / workflow instructions SEO / GEO workflows Blog and content systems You do not need to know everything already. The right person is someone who can learn fast and use AI tools every day to close the gap. Who This Is Perfect For This role is perfect for someone who thinks like a builder. You might not call yourself a traditional engineer, marketer, or designer. That is fine. We care more that you can use AI tools, figure things out quickly, and ship useful work. You should be: Comfortable using AI tools every day Technical enough to build, test, and debug simple things Interested in websites, automation, content, and outbound Fast-moving and detail-oriented Able to turn unclear requests into organized execution Honest when something is unclear or broken Willing to document what you learn Comfortable working in the messy middle between marketing and technology We care more about speed, ownership, and learning ability than formal credentials. What We Do Not Want Please do not apply if: You only want perfectly defined, repetitive tasks You are uncomfortable using AI tools daily You need perfect documentation before starting You are only a developer, only a designer, or only a marketer and have no interest in the other areas You are not willing to learn new tools quickly You overpromise and disappear You are not comfortable figuring things out This role requires someone who can operate in the messy middle and keep moving.
