## Job Description: GTM Engineer / Growth Strategist (Gulf Region / B2B SaaS) ### Role Overview We are looking for a sharp, execution-focused **Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer / Growth Strategist** to help us secure our first 3 to 5 B2B clients in the Gulf (GCC) region. In this role, you will define our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for specific product features, analyze regional competitors, and design a rigorous, data-driven A/B testing strategy to find our highest-converting acquisition channels. --- ### Key Responsibilities * **ICP Definition:** Analyze our product features to pinpoint and segment the exact Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) within the Gulf market. * **Competitor & Channel Research:** Study regional SaaS competitors to identify positioning gaps, target right-fit channels, and map out the correct acquisition approach. * **A/B Testing Strategy:** Design, implement, and track structured A/B testing frameworks across messaging, channels, and outreach to rapidly validate demand. * **Early Traction:** Drive campaigns focused entirely on landing our first **3 to 5 enterprise or SMB beta clients** in the GCC. --- ### Application Requirements **To apply, you must include the following in your proposal:** 1. **Past SaaS Case Study (with Numbers):** Share a brief story outlining a previous SaaS growth project detailing: * What was required / the core challenge * The previous metrics (e.g., old CAC, conversion rate) vs. the new metrics you achieved * The exact strategy and channels you deployed 2. **Highlight Project:** Share a specific growth or GTM project you are most proud of and why. *(Proposals missing the requested case study and metrics will not be considered.)*
