About Pointerra Pointerra is a global software company helping organizations unlock value from reality capture, digital twin, LiDAR, photogrammetry and spatial data. Our platform is used across mining, transportation, utilities, engineering and government sectors to improve asset management, compliance, planning and operational decision-making. As we continue to scale, we are implementing a more mature Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and are looking for a systems-minded operations professional to help connect our sales, marketing and outbound activities. The Role We are seeking a part-time GTM Operations & CRM Coordinator to help us build and maintain the operational foundation behind our sales and marketing programs. This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for someone who enjoys systems, processes, automation, data quality and workflow optimisation. You will help ensure our prospecting, outreach, CRM, reporting and lifecycle management processes are scalable, organised and aligned across the business. Key Responsibilities CRM & Lifecycle Management Manage and maintain HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) structure and data quality Support lifecycle stage management and lead routing processes Create and optimise workflows, automations and reporting Assist with CRM governance and contact segmentation GTM & ABM Operations Support implementation of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) processes Build and maintain target account and prospect databases Manage audience segmentation and list hygiene Coordinate sales and marketing data flows Clay & Prospect Intelligence Manage and enrich prospect and account databases within Clay Build and maintain enrichment workflows Support list building and account research initiatives Assist with data validation and segmentation Outbound Operations Support outbound campaigns using platforms such as Smartlead, Instantly or similar Manage prospect workflows and engagement tracking Help develop processes for moving engaged prospects into CRM workflows Ensure clean handover between outbound and inbound activities Reporting & Process Improvement Build and maintain dashboards and operational reporting Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains Document processes and maintain operational best practices Support sales and marketing teams with data-driven insights Ideal Experience We are less concerned about experience with a specific tool and more interested in how you think about systems and operations. Experience with some of the following is highly desirable: HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign or similar CRM platforms Clay or other prospect intelligence/enrichment tools Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo or outbound sequencing platforms Marketing automation and workflow design RevOps, GTM Operations or CRM Operations APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make or n8n Lead lifecycle management and segmentation Reporting and dashboard creation What Success Looks Like Within the first few months, you will help us: Establish clean and scalable CRM processes Improve visibility across the lead journey Support our ABM strategy with better audience management Reduce manual administration and spreadsheet-based processes Create a more connected sales and marketing operating model Working Arrangement Remote Part-time and flexible Ability to overlap with Australian business hours for key meetings Ongoing opportunity as our GTM function matures To Apply Please provide: A brief overview of your relevant experience Examples of CRM, RevOps or GTM operations projects you have worked on Any experience with HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead, Instantly or similar platforms Your availability and preferred working hours
