Details below - please read: Here is a tighter, high-filter version that clearly defines your ICP and discourages low-level applicants: *** ### Job Title Senior GTM Operator — Cold Email (Swan + HubSpot) | B2B SaaS & Agencies Only ### Overview We are hiring a senior-level GTM operator to fully own and scale our outbound engine targeting B2B SaaS companies and service-based agencies. This role is strictly for experienced operators who have already generated pipeline and revenue through cold email. If your experience is limited to campaign setup or basic coordination, this is not a fit. We provide and will need your help with enriched lead lists and starting templates. You take over everything else—execution, optimization, and performance. *** ### Our ICP (Who You’ll Be Targeting) - Decision-makers in companies typically doing $5M–$300M+ in revenue You should already understand how to write and optimize messaging for this audience. *** ### What You’ll Own - End-to-end cold email execution using Swan - CRM tracking and pipeline visibility inside HubSpot - Deliverability management (domains, inbox health, scaling safely) - Campaign strategy, sequencing, and testing - Daily performance monitoring and iteration - Conversion optimization from reply → meeting → pipeline - Clear reporting and async communication via Slack - Proactively identifying what is broken and fixing it without being told *** ### Non-Negotiables - Proven results generating revenue via cold email (not just opens or replies) - Direct experience with Swan and HubSpot - Strong grasp of deliverability and scaling outbound infrastructure - Ability to operate independently and make decisions without hand-holding - Data-driven mindset with constant testing and iteration - Clear communicator who focuses on outcomes, not activity *** ### What Success Looks Like - Consistent qualified replies from ICP - Meetings booked with decision-makers - Pipeline and revenue directly attributed to outbound - Continuous improvement in performance metrics over time *** ### Engagement - Start with a short trial period - High performers will move into a long-term role with expanded ownership and budget *** ### To Apply (Read Carefully) Include the following or your application will be ignored: 1.
