Summary

Build a predictable pipeline engine for a fast-growing B2B housekeeping company We are looking for a GTM / Sales Systems Engineer to design and build a complete outbound revenue system for our business. This is not a marketing or content role. We are looking for someone who can build a scalable pipeline engine that generates qualified conversations with serviced accommodation operators, built-to-rent properties, and coliving spaces and converts them into long-term housekeeping contracts. About Us We provide cleaning and housekeeping services for serviced accommodation operators, aparthotels, coliving, built-to-rent and short-stay property managers. We support operators who manage high-volume turnover properties and need reliable housekeeping capacity during peak occupancy periods. We are now scaling and building a repeatable outbound system that consistently generates high-quality B2B operator clients. The Role You will design and implement a full GTM system covering: 1. ICP & Targeting Strategy Define and refine ideal customer profiles (serviced apartments, aparthotels, short-stay operators, property managers) Segment accounts by size, geography, and operational complexity Build structured outbound lead lists 2. Outbound Engine (LinkedIn + Email) Build and optimise LinkedIn outbound system (HeyReach) Set up and manage cold email system (Instantly or equivalent) Design multi-step outbound sequences Continuously improve reply rates and conversion performance 3. Messaging & Positioning Develop outbound messaging that speaks to operator pain points (housekeeping, turnover, peak season pressure) Position the business as a reliable operational housekeeping partner Improve response rates through testing and iteration 4. CRM & Pipeline System Build a structured CRM pipeline (HubSpot / Pipedrive or equivalent) Define stages from lead → conversation → meeting → proposal → close Implement follow-up automation and lead tracking Ensure full visibility of pipeline performance 5. Reporting & Optimisation Track weekly KPIs (reply rates, booked calls, conversion rates, pipeline value) Identify bottlenecks in outreach or messaging Optimise system performance continuously What We’re Looking For You are likely someone who has: Built B2B outbound systems (not just campaigns) Experience in GTM, RevOps, or demand generation Strong understanding of LinkedIn + cold email infrastructure Ability to think strategically AND execute technically Experience in service-based B2B industries (hospitality, property, B2B services is a plus) Not a Fit If You Are: A social media marketer or content creator A VA doing list building only Focused on vanity metrics (followers, impressions) Unable to show real outbound systems you’ve built Lacking experience in B2B lead generation systems Tools We Use (Flexible) Instantly (cold email) HeyReach (LinkedIn automation) CRM (open to recommendation) We care about outcomes, not tools. Success in This Role Looks Like: A fully functioning outbound GTM system Consistent flow of qualified operator conversations Predictable weekly pipeline generation Clear visibility on conversion metrics A scalable system that reduces manual effort over time How to Apply Please include: Examples of GTM / outbound systems you have built Results or metrics (reply rates, booked calls, conversion rates) How you would build pipeline in a B2B services / operational industry Your recommended tech stack for this setup Applications without proven outbound systems experience will not be considered.
