Golden Waves Grain will own all final artwork and have unrestricted rights to use and modify the files in the future. REQUEST FOR QUOTE Production Artwork – Golden Waves Grain Outdoor Banner Project Overview Golden Waves Grain is seeking an experienced production designer to recreate and elevate an existing banner concept into a true production-quality master artwork. The creative concept, layout, branding direction, and messaging have already been developed. The selected designer's role is to professionally rebuild the artwork using licensed photography, vector graphics, and commercial print standards. The completed artwork will become Golden Waves Grain's primary brand image for marketing, investor relations, trade shows, corporate events, and future advertising. Deliverables: Adobe Illustrator (.AI) Layered Adobe Photoshop (.PSD) PDF/X-4 (print-ready) EPS High-resolution TIFF High-resolution PNG All fonts outlined All linked images embedded All licensed image information transferred to Golden Waves Grain Artwork should remain fully editable. Banner Specifications Finished Size 20 feet wide × 8 feet high 240" × 96" Bleed 0.25" on all sides Safe Area All critical elements at least 2" inside finished edges. Resolution Artwork should be suitable for professional large-format printing. Preferred master artwork: 100 dpi at full size Equivalent to approximately: 24,000 × 9,600 pixels Higher resolution is acceptable. Color CMYK Commercial print-ready Provide Pantone equivalents when practical. Outdoor Banner Material Artwork will be printed on: 18 oz. Premium Matte Reinforced Vinyl Outdoor rated UV-resistant Waterproof Fade resistant Heat-welded hems Mounting Banner will be mounted outdoors to the side of a semi-trailer during company events. Artwork should account for slight movement from wind. Grommet Layout Banner will include: 16 reinforced grommets (locations): Four corners Four evenly spaced along top Four evenly spaced along bottom Two evenly spaced on left side Two evenly spaced on right side Design Direction: Overall appearance should resemble a premium national consumer food brand. The banner should communicate: Freshness Family Premium quality Kansas American agriculture Trust Innovation Minimalism Layout Left Section (approximately 20%) Premium charcoal textured background.
