Gaming Community Recruiter for Discord Server

I’m looking for a Discord community outreach recruiter to help grow a Club Penguin Journey / casual gaming community. This is not fake growth, bot members, public invite spam, or mass copy-paste DM advertising. I want real people who may actually be interested in joining and participating. The job: - Join designated public Discord servers I provide - Look for potential Club Penguin Journey / casual gaming users - Start natural conversations to gauge interest - Only send the invite if the person shows interest - Do not message staff, moderators, or admins - Do not post invite links in public channels - Do not use bots, fake members, or copy-paste spam - Stop immediately if someone says no or does not respond - Use one tracked invite link so results can be measured - Provide screenshots/proof of outreach and interested joins - Provide a short result summary Payment for first test: - $0.10 per valid targeted outreach attempt - $1 per person who clearly says they are interested and joins through the tracked invite - First test capped at $50 unless I approve more A valid outreach attempt means you contact a real person from an approved audience, not staff/mod/admins, and start a respectful natural conversation. A paid interested join means the person clearly says they are interested, joins through the tracked invite, and you provide screenshot proof. Track contacts in a simple sheet: Person Contacted, Source, Replied, Agreed to join, Joined. I will provide: - Target servers/audiences - Basic scripts/examples - Rules for who to contact and who to avoid - Examples of what counts as a valid interested join Quality matters more than raw member count. I want real interested people, not silent fake joins. If you get close to the $50 cap and results are good, message me before continuing and I may approve more.
