PR & Gaming Event Manager (Tokyo, Japan) – Event or Gaming Industry Experience Required

We are an APAC marketing agency looking for an experienced Tokyo-based Event Producer to support a gaming industry event for an international client in November 2026. Our regional project lead will be on-site, and we're looking for a reliable local partner to assist with planning, coordination, and event execution. 👉 Responsibilities * Source and coordinate event venue(s) * Manage local vendors, production, branding, and logistics * Coordinate event staffing and on-site operations * Support PR activities, including media outreach and press coordination * Source and manage gaming influencers/creators * Coordinate F&B, merchandise, entertainment, and other event requirements * Ensure smooth event setup, execution, and teardown 👉 Requirements * Based in Tokyo, Japan * Fluent in Japanese and English * 5+ years of event production or experiential marketing experience * Experience with gaming, esports, technology, or entertainment events preferred * Strong local vendor and venue network * Excellent communication and project management skills 👉 To Apply Please include: * A short introduction * Relevant portfolio or past event experience * Your location * Your hourly or project rate We're looking for someone experienced who can serve as our local event partner and work closely with our regional team to deliver a successful event.
