Generate Paranormal Audio Library

I am creating a paranormal investigation mobile app similar to a spirit box / EVP communication tool. I am looking for a freelancer to generate a large audio library using ElevenLabs (or a comparable AI voice platform). I will provide all words and phrases in a spreadsheet. Your responsibility is to generate high-quality audio files from those phrases and organize them according to the specifications below. Deliverables Generate individual audio files for each phrase I provide. Each phrase should be exported as its own file. Examples: * help_me.wav * behind_you.wav * i_am_here.wav * turn_around.wav I will provide approximately 250 words and phrases. Voice Requirements I am looking for four separate voice banks: Voice Bank 1 Female Whisper Voice Voice Bank 2 Male Whisper Voice Voice Bank 3 Female Soft Paranormal Voice Voice Bank 4 Male Soft Paranormal Voice The voices should sound: * Subtle * Mysterious * Natural * Not robotic * Not exaggerated * Not demonic * Not cartoonish The goal is to create an immersive paranormal investigation experience. Audio Specifications Please provide: * WAV format preferred * 44.1kHz or higher * Mono or Stereo acceptable * Clean audio with no background noise Important: Do NOT add: * Static * Radio effects * Reverb * Echo * Distortion * Sound effects The mobile app will apply all effects during playback. I need clean, dry voice recordings only. File Naming Convention Files should be named using the phrase itself. Examples: help_me.wav behind_you.wav watch_out.wav not_alone.wav i_can_hear_you.wav Please use lowercase letters and underscores. Folder Structure Deliver files organized as: English_Female_Whisper/ English_Male_Whisper/ English_Female_Soft/ English_Male_Soft/ Each folder should contain the complete phrase library. Voice Consistency The same voice must be used throughout each folder. For example: All files in English_Female_Whisper must use the exact same voice. Deliverables Package Final delivery should include: * All generated WAV files * Organized folder structure * Spreadsheet showing: * Phrase * Filename * Voice Bank Used Ownership This is a work-for-hire project. Upon completion and payment: * I own all generated audio files * I own all project deliverables * No files may be reused, resold, or redistributed Proposal Requirements When applying, please provide: 1. Examples of previous AI voice projects 2. Which platform you plan to use (ElevenLabs, etc.) 3. Estimated timeline 4. Total cost 5. Ability to generate approximately 250 phrases across four voice banks (approximately 1,000 total audio files) Please include a short sample of a female whisper voice and a male whisper voice if possible.
