# Genesys/Five9 Outbound Telecom Architect — AI Voice + outboundIQ + DID Management We are looking for an experienced telecom engineer who has **already built high-volume outbound calling systems using Genesys Cloud or Five9**. This is **not a VICIdial/Asterisk project.** We already have that. We are building a modern outbound infrastructure focused on maximizing answer rates and integrating AI voice agents. ### System Requirements Experience building systems involving: * Genesys Cloud and/or Five9 * outboundIQ / outboundANI * Thousands of outbound DIDs * Telnyx, Bandwidth, or similar telecom APIs * Programmatic DID purchasing, provisioning, reassignment and retirement * Local-presence dialing * Intelligent DID/ANI rotation * DID usage limits and cooldowns * Answer-rate tracking by DID * Number reputation / spam monitoring * Automated quarantine or replacement of poor-performing numbers * High-volume outbound campaigns * Answering-machine detection * SIP / WebSocket / real-time voice integrations * Custom AI voice agents * AI-to-human call transfers * Passing lead/call data through the AI and into the receiving agent platform The desired flow is: **Lead → Outbound Dialer → Optimal DID Selection → Human Answer → AI Voice Agent → Live Agent Transfer** ### IMPORTANT — READ BEFORE APPLYING **We are NOT looking for someone to figure this out for the first time.** You must have **personally built and deployed similar outbound infrastructure before**, preferably multiple times and at significant scale. ### TO BE CONSIDERED, SEND PROOF Your application must include examples of similar systems you have already built.
