Can-Am is looking for a hybrid position, Business Development Rep + Account manager, to join our team and our fast-growing business. Your focus will be inside calls, outbound calls, book appointments, demo to prospects to identify net new accounts, opportunities, and revenue; as well as managing existing accounts (first line of support, regular calls with existing customer to maintain customer satisfaction, upsell solution). Through great communication you will establish our brand and platform to be at the top of the mind for our prospective customers. You will also coordinate closely with the rest of the organization to support prospecting activities to secure a sufficient flow of additional qualified opportunities for the team. An ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with a high-energy, positive phone presence, and a track record of effective, credible lead follow-up and sales development at multiple levels within an organization. Paying a competitive base and unlimited commission , makes it ideal for a sales exec looking for an opportunity , unlimited potential from the number one telematics portfolio and access control technology in the USA Responsibilities - Responsible for sitting booked appointments, some outbound calling ,following up , running pilot programs and closing sales specifically on Fleet Telematics - a self-starter that doesn’t enjoy or require micro managing - Identify new leads by conducting thorough research and account mapping for target accounts in key market segments - Liaise with peers in the marketing and product team to create personalized messaging for Account-based Marketing campaigns - Updating daily CRM , Salesforce - Have Fun ! - Bring innovative lead generation ideas to the weekly marketing team meeting Qualifications - Hunger to work ,learn and earn ! - Ability and Tenacity to follow up with prospects - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Willingness to learn new Product features, with strong understanding of the basic sales process - Enjoy Technology solutions - Strong work ethic with Integrity - Experience using Salesforce, Microsoft Suite - A Team Player - An excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
