ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a driven, relationship-first sales professional to help us launch our pilot program across assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and crisis intervention centers. You will be the first person on the ground building the partnerships that define our early traction. This role is ideal for someone who believes in the mission, understands healthcare sales cycles, and wants to grow with a company from day one. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Identify, prospect, and reach out to assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and crisis centers to close on pilot/delopyment of our Healthtech • Present the product confidently through calls, emails, and in-person or virtual demos • Onboard pilot partner and serve as their primary point of contact during the pilot phase • Collect feedback from pilot site and relay insights to the founding team to refine the product • Track all outreach, conversations, and deal stages in a shared tracker WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare, senior care, or social services • Experience selling to or working within assisted living, skilled nursing, or behavioral health settings
