German Creative Copy Proofreader

We are looking for a native German proofreader to help review and polish German marketing scripts, mainly for UGC style video ads. The work is not just basic grammar correction. We need someone who can make sure the scripts sound natural, conversational, and suitable for paid social media ads. The final copy should feel like something a real German creator would say on camera, not like a direct translation from English. Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing German ad scripts for grammar, spelling, and sentence flow Making the language sound more natural, native, and conversational Checking that the tone fits UGC style content for Meta and TikTok ads Improving awkward or overly literal translations Keeping the original meaning, structure, and marketing angle intact Flagging anything that sounds too formal, robotic, or unnatural We are looking for someone who: Is a native German speaker Has experience proofreading marketing, advertising, or social media content Understands how spoken German should sound in video ads Can preserve the meaning of the English version while making the German version feel native Can work quickly and communicate clearly This will likely be ongoing work, as we regularly produce scripts for paid ads. Please include examples of German copy, proofreading, or marketing content you have worked on before. Also mention your turnaround time for reviewing short scripts of around 300 to 600 words.
