German Freelance Interviewer for 10 Qualitative Cognitive Interviews

We are seeking a communicative, native German speaker to conduct 10 live cognitive interviews for a market research survey. In this role, you will directly moderate the sessions, guide participants through an online questionnaire, push them to think out loud, and document their real-time feedback regarding question clarity and translation quality. Tasks: Moderating and conducting 10 live online interviews in German using Google Meet. Guiding participants through the survey, ensuring they read all questions and answer choices out loud. Actively probing participants after each question to check if the German phrasing is clear, natural, and easily understood. Navigating specific routing paths and scenarios within the survey based on participant responses. Recording each interview session using a provided corporate Google account. Documenting participant feedback directly into a Google Sheet in German, classifying issues as None, Minor, or Major, and suggesting optimized question wordings. Requirements: Native German speaker with excellent interviewing, moderation, and communication skills. Experience in qualitative market research, cognitive interviewing, user experience testing, or linguistic validation. Ability to engage quiet participants and encourage them to articulate their thought processes. Reliable internet connection and proficiency with Google Meet and Google Sheets.
