German Language Proficiency Evaluator

Do you have excellent German fluency, a keen ear for language, and a passion for helping others grow? We are seeking confident German speakers with strong communication and analytical skills to participate in simulated call sessions designed to improve spoken German in professional environments. What You’ll Do Participate in live or recorded simulated calls as a fluent German speaker. Evaluate participants’ spoken German in terms of fluency, clarity, pronunciation, and overall communication effectiveness. Provide clear, structured, and constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. Help learners build confidence and competence in workplace and everyday conversational German. Who We’re Looking For Native or near-native proficiency in German (Germany-based candidates preferred). Strong listening skills with the ability to analyze spoken communication. A clear, supportive, and encouraging communication style. Experience in language coaching, training, or evaluation is a plus, but not required. Nice to Have Background in communication coaching, language teaching, or assessment. Genuine interest in language learning and personal growth.
